About the event
I am honored to give a lecture for NYU Madrid on "El patrimonio culinario judío de España desde el siglo XIII hasta la diáspora actual" .
It will take place at the MOM Culinary Institute in Madrid, at 3pm, and followed by a cooking demo.
You will also have the oppotyunity to taste Sephardic Food for the reception that will held at 8pm.
